Please be advised that the WBC Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 30th March at 7.30pm in the Apsley Road Clubrooms. Please arrive 5-10 prior to commencement of the meeting to allow for signing in time.
At this meeting the nominations and winner of the Senior Club Person of the Year and Junior Club Person of the Year will be announced.
We will also be discussing some changes that have been made to the WBC Constitution to allow for the Liquor Licensing amendments.
Nominations for the 2015/2016 committee positions will be held. If you are interested in volunteering in one of the roles your will need to submit a nomination form (below) prior to the AGM. All nomination forms are to be sent through to the Club Secretary – Melissa Hack via email for endorsement – [email protected].
If a committee position has more than one nominee a vote will be undertaken on the night.
Nominations will only be taken on the night for positions that have not had any completed forms submitted and are vacant. If you would like to discuss a position further please do not hesitate to contact one of the committee members.
