2023/24 Fee Structure:

This year Baseball Australia and Baseball WA are charging capitation fees directly to the players. This covers insurance and other association admin fees. This is similar to how Softball Australia and SEMSA did for Softball last season.  These will be shown on your invoice at the payment stage, and are required to be paid up front with registration.

2023-24 Volunteer (Coach/Scorer/Umpire) product options are for registering as a volunteer in the BA database – required for Charter / State championship roles.

WBC is charging a $70 ‘WBC – Capitation 2023/2024 – Club Fee’ this season which equivalent to the ‘deposit’ that has been charged previously. This is necessary so that the club has the funds to get the season up and running. Team fees for 2023/24 season have been reduced accordingly to reflect these capitation fees.

We appreciate that this makes for a significant up front payment at registration and we are looking to be able to offer payment plans via Xero invoicing to offset some of this burden. If you would like to be invoiced separately for you team fees please use the Promo code ‘XERO‘ during your registration process.

For any questions with the registration process, or about payments, please contact our registrar: [email protected].

Baseball

Willetton Wildcats Membership Fees 2023/2024

Baseball Australia (BA) and Baseball WA (BWA) are both charging capitation fees directly to the player during registration this season. In the past, Willetton Baseball Club (WBC) has paid these fees on behalf of the player. This season’s fees are therefore reduced by an amount similar to these capitation fees.

Further to this, online payment is required at the time of registration, stipulated by BA and BWA. Willetton is including a $70 club fee, similar to last season’s deposit, as part of this required online payment. This can be paid up front via credit card, or over time with PayPal.

Please Note: The $70 club fee only needs to be paid once per player when playing in multiple WBC teams. This includes Machine Pitch, Tee-ball and Softball.
